These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of JP Taylor Group at jptaylorgroup.com(the “Service”), operated by JP Taylor Group (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of it. You must provide accurate information when submitting a contact, quote, or order form.

2. Quotes, estimates, and orders

Quotes and estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you supply. Final pricing may be adjusted to reflect site conditions, scope changes, or applicable taxes. An order is binding only when JP Taylor Group confirms it in writing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or supporting infrastructure.
  • Interfere with the Service via automated traffic, scraping, or denial-of-service attempts.
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or phishing attempts.

4. Communications consent

If you opt in to receive text messages or push notifications from JP Taylor Group, you consent to receive automated messages at the number or device you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS; turn off browser notifications in Site Settings to disable push.

5. Service availability

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL JP TAYLOR GROUP OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service and the effective date above will be updated.
